New TVBC team (kinda)

We have new team to sign up with us today. Help welcome them into the TVBC family at the next tournament. They will be taking the team#23, in place of a team that has not held up the TVBC obligations.

New member!!! This team never fished with us as a team. We voted both guys in. James ended up signing up with Buddy Gross, and Rusty has not fished. Ricky Murphy and Brain England ended up splitting up with Brain signing up with Andy Vincent. Now with all this being said, Ricky Murphy will be joining up with Rusty Robertson as team#46, which was Ricky's team number.
