It has been brought to my attention that I had made an incorrect call earlier in the year when asked how many smallmouth we are allowed to weigh in. This instance was on Lake Guntersville. I had told the team that is was only one person, no matter which lake we were on. In the rules. it does not state that, which means that we follow the state or lake laws. On Guntersville, we are allowed to weigh in (5) 15" smallmouth. This is a past instance, and at this time all I can do is apologize for making the wrong call. I do my best to try and remember all the rules, but I am human, and do tend to forget a few things. So, to clarify this for the rest of the season, we are allowed to weigh in (5) 15" smallmouth on Lake Guntersville. Please be sure that if you are fishing for smallmouth on lake Guntersville, that you know exactly where the TN/AL line is at, because the rules and Law for TN is (1) 18" smallmouth per person. Keeping (5) 15" smallmouth from TN waters is illegal, and would results in a DQ. I apologize for any misunderstandings.
