The Tenn Valley Bass Club will be hosting our sign up night for 2011/2012 season on Oct 4th at the Chickamauga Dam. We will be at the pavilion on the hill above the ramp from 4:30pm until 7:00pm est. If you are interested in fishing with us next year, we invite you come on out and get signed up. Thank you.
The Tenn Valley Bass Club wants to get the youths more involved with fishing, and into the TVBC!!! Last year the membership for a youth under the age of 16 was FREE......that stays the same for this year too, but this year we have also decided that the youths entry fee will be FREE!!!!!! Now a team that is fishing with a youth only pays a $40.00 entry instead of the usual $80.00.....This will NOT effect the pay out scale, or the BIG fish pay out.

I made a post in the Sponsor thread about this, but I just want to let everyone to know that Capt Shane and Stacey O'neal of Tow Boat Us will have a table set up with us at our sign up night. If you guys are not a member or it is time for you to renew, now is the time. Don't leave a great service, and a little extra money laying on the table for some one else to get!!! They also sponsor the CBA and the CFF, so there is money to be had by becoming a member, at the same time, you get a great insurance service.

Hey guys, we are trying to help out with the Chattanooga Valley Middle School with them getting their Bass Club started. If you have any extra fishing tackle and open face rods that you do not use, please gather it up and bring it to the sign night night with you. We will make sure that it gets to them. They need to be in good shape and working condition. If you can not make it to the sign up night, but you want to donate to them, you can contact David Moore at (cdavidmoore@comcast.net), he is the one heading this up.
Thank you

If you did not make it out to the sign up last night, you missed out on some good fellowship! So far we have 45 teams that are signed up or confirmed that they will be fishing with the TVBC for the 2011/2012 season. We want to thank everyone that did make it. Jeff Todd and Rick Camp were able to supply the pizza and drinks donated by Domino's and Coca-Cola. Capt Shane O'neal was there to sign up several new teams with Tow Boat Us for this year. David Moore from the Chatt Valley Middle School was there to receive the equipment and tackle that was donated to help the school with getting their fishing club started. Chris Coleman and Steve Kite from (channel3outdoors.com) was there, and they did some interviews with David about the school fishing club, and they also were able to interview Rick Camp about the Tenn Valley Bass Club's up coming season. We were able to talk about some events for this up coming season, and we will make those in a few days once we have them worked out. Thanks again for those that were able to make it last night!
